I’m Evan Brown, owner of OKC Mosquito Militia. I was raised in Guthrie Oklahoma but spent my teenage years in Drumright and graduated 1997. From there I attended college at NEO A+M and the University of Central Oklahoma majoring in criminal justice and minoring in business. In 2007 I met the love of my life and have 3 children. At the time I worked in law enforcement but was missing a lot of what I treasure most in my life, time with my family.
Growing up with a family of crop dusters, pest control was something I’d been around but I saw a cleaner, safer way to do it. I experimented with all natural, organic materials and learned there are ways to get rid of pests without using materials that would make us or our pets sick. In 2014 Mosquito Militia was born. We’ve worked hard to build a solid team of professionals from the office to the field and we’ve perfected providing safe, effective pest treatments to 10.000’s customers all over the metro area.
I am Charlie Meeker, part owner of Mosquito Militia. I was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. I graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1988 and shortly thereafter, in 1990 joined the US Navy Reserves. I served in the Navy for 25 years and retired in 2015. In 2007, I met my now wife, Jackie. We have 4 Children. April, Maxwell, Blake and Bryson. I enjoy spending time with my family and sports, especially OU football!
I have worked in the pest control industry for 20 years. In 2019, I partnered with Evan and Mosquito Militia. I am proud to be able to provide the best customer service in the OKC Metro!
